Trinity college possessed an existing 1960’s style former Government tax offices in various states of disrepair and presented this to MOB with a brief to convert the building into a school of business studies and a department of physiotherapy. The existing building was set back from the road edge to accommodate an previous plan by the local authority to widen Pearse. MOB took the opportunity to re-align the façade with the new road thereby designed a new elevation, with increased relief and maximizing the floor space available to Trinity College. A new route has been created through an area known as the Narrows from Pearse Street to the Campus. Trinity College Dublin have been Clients of MOB since the early 1990’s..
